Christian Marangi fbbfcbf150 airoha: an7581: refresh and fix cpufreq patch ... Refresh cpufreq with merged upstream version. Also fix the PM Domain rebased patch to correctly expose the symbol for non Mediatek target. Update dtsi with new pm domain name.
