Robert Marko fe37574be6 libpcap: add missing PKG_CONFIG_DEPENDS entries ... Currently, enabling USB, BT or Netfilter support after initial compilation will not trigger a rebuild, so add the missing PKG_CONFIG_DEPENDS so that rebuild gets triggered.
