Tomasz Maciej Nowak 3669874b4e uboot-tegra: disable mkeficapsule build ... Host default environment doesn't provide/require gnutls headers needed for building mkeficapsule tools, and as tegra target doesn't require EFI capability, disable the build of mentioned tool.
