of_gpio.h is deprecated in upstream Linux and may be removed soon. Get
ahead of things and remove it. Most of these drivers already use the
gpiod API.

The same GPIO controller is found on all current Siflower SoCs,
with different number of GPIOs. Add ngpios property instead of
specifying it with dt match data.

This PR adds support for SF19A2890 EVB with ethernet support.

The built image can be flashed using u-boot recovery.
This target is marked as source-only until support for a commercial
router board comes.
