The kmod-ata-dwc is included in target modules.mk file, it should also
depend on the target, otherwise it can be selected from every target.

limit visability to just this target.

Make the crypto4xx crypto accelerator support as a standalone module.
This saves 90kb on a gzipped kernel.

In order to cut down on the Netgear WNDR4700, the ata
driver can be outsourced. This helps other apm821xx
devices too to save up on kernel size (~200 kb).
