Some Marvell AP firmware used with mwl8k misbehaves when beacons do not
contain the DSSS Parameter Set (WLAN_EID_DS_PARAMS) with the current
channel. When hostapd/mac80211 omits this element (which is valid on
some bands), the firmware may report bogus RX channel information and AP
mode becomes unusable.
Backport the upstream fix that ensures beacons always carry the DSSS
Parameter Set for mwl8k: when setting the beacon, detect if the element
is missing and inject it after SSID and Supported Rates (per spec
ordering). This mirrors behaviour in newer Marvell drivers and restores
stable operation.
Tested on Linksys EA4500 (88W8366).

Brings lots of driver updates and API changes needed for mt76 updates.
Disable iwlwifi and ath11k on 5.15, since backport is too difficult,
and the only remaining targets won't need those drivers.

In Turris MOX SDIO card [1], which uses Marvell 88W997 and its driver
mwifiex, you might get cryptic messages, which are not helpful to use.
@pali created patch, which improves messages by the driver and he will
send this to Linux kernel soon.

SDIO chip 88W9997 from NXP [1] is quite limited by its firmware and
driver. Add hacky patch to allow up to 4 SSID instead of 3 SSID.

The brcmf_driver_work workqueue was removed in brcmfmac with kernel
5.10.42, the asynchronous call was covered to a synchronous call. There
is no need to wait any more.

This updates mac80211 to version 5.2-rc7, this contains all the changes
to the wireless subsystem up to Linux 5.2-rc7.
* The removed patches are applied upstream
* b43 now uses kmod-lib-cordic
* Update the nl80211.h file in iw to match backports version.
* Remove the two backports from kernel 4.9, they were needed for mt76,
but that can use the version from backports now, otherwise they
collide and cause compile errors.
