mediatek: filogic: add precal to W6 common dtsi

Bootlog has the following line:
mt798x-wmac 18000000.wifi: missing precal data, size=403472

It is because precal was not included in the previous NVMEM conversion.

Fix this by adding it to the common dtsi.
